The Resource Conservation & Management Group was formed as part of FICCI's initiatives to promote and provide integrated services to the industries in enhancing their competitiveness, particularly through process optimization and improvements, sustainable use of the resources (Raw materials, Energy, Water...etc) and the effective management of wastes generated. FICCI's specialist team provides technical advisory services in strategizing, analysis and management of resources, capacity building and institutional strengthening too. RC & M Group of FICCI also support the Corporate Initiatives towards Sustainable Reporting, Social Accountability and Social Responsibility

• Ensure communication flow between the project proponents (Funding agency, concerned Ministry / Govt. agency, financial institutions, consultants, intended project beneficiaries).
  
• Technical Review and Analysis of the deliverables /project reports, ..etc as per project scope and suggest release of funds.
  
• Review of Efficacy and Effectiveness of capacity building / projects implemented under Institutional Strengthening / Technical assistance component of the project.
