Reckoned amongst the stalwarts of the Real Estate sector, Mr. Sushil Ansal, Chairman of Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited is essentially a low profile industrial baron who prefers to let his work talk for himself. Starting from a scratch, Mr. Ansal's efforts saw his business expanding into almost all areas of property development and construction, hotels & tourism, exports and infrastructure projects during the past four decades. Guided by his vision, the current focus of the Company is to pioneer development in Tier 2 cities, be the first to build Malls in various towns and finally- establish its presence in the IT Parks segment

Ansals are also engaged in various charitable trusts in the field of education and social up-lift projects, of which Mr. Ansal is the Chairman. A student of Delhi Public School and St. Stephen's college, the courteous business man is married to a renowned creative writer, Kusum and has two daughters and a son - all married and settled. Mr. Ansal is an avid golfer and likes to read & travel during his leisure time.
