Professional Experience:
Pranay Sinha is a Retail Real Estate and Shopping Centre professional with over 10 years of experience across South-East Asia, China and India. Currently President & CEO of Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Sinha is spearheading the development of the 1.28 million Sq.Ft. SELECT CITYWALK, a US$100 Shopping Centre and Mixed-Use Development in Saket, South Delhi.

An Architect by education, Mr. Sinha was formerly heading the Retail & Leisure Advisory business of global real estate services firm, Jones Lang LaSalle, in India. His areas of expertise in the field of Shopping Centre Development are development economics & strategy, retail planning & design, tenant-mix determination, theming/ marketing & centre leasing. He has been working closely with Retail, F&B and Entertainment Occupiers in evaluating markets and helping them expand across the country. Some of the Malls that he has worked with, in the past decade, include: KT Mall, Malaysia, Manar Mall, UAE, Tunjungan Plaza & Ciputra Mall, Indonesia, GVK ONE, Hyderabad, Forum, Calcutta, Taj Mahal Hotel and the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, Prestige Forum, Leela Galleria and Star Mall, Bangalore, amongst others.
