Carried-out considerable amount of on job research on Indian Real Estate and Workspace Planning for IT & ITES Industry. Key areas being strategic planning in the area of Real Estate with emphasis on cost and Customer Requirements.

During long spanning career also handled customer care functions, which gave feel of what customer thinks of ones initiatives, their way at looking at a product or service and perception of what's good and efficient.
