David Cohen is 56 and is currently Chairman of Perot Systems Europe, Perot Systems Technology Services and REIT Asset Management India.

Perot Systems Corporation is an Information Technology Services Company quoted on the New York Stock Exchange, employing over 17,000 associates worldwide. Perot Systems Technology Services, which Mr. Cohen helped establish in 1996, is its Indian applications subsidiary, based in Delhi and Bangalore with over 3,500 employees.

REIT Asset Management is a specialist investment, finance and asset management partnership with over $4.5 billion of real estate assets under management in the UK, Europe and Israel. It is currently establishing an entity in India. REIT intends to participate substantially in the Indian real estate marketplace.

Mr. Cohen's prior business involvements include the investment banking, clothing and real estate industries. He was with Goldman Sachs in New York and London and was then chief financial officer and managing director of a substantial clothing company, till he joined Perot Systems in 1993. He also established and was a non executive director of a real estate investment company in the UK for several years.

Mr. Cohen has a Law degree from Edinburgh University, qualified as a chartered accountant and gained a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
