Mr. Anuj Puri is the Managing Director since 1999 of Trammell Crow Meghraj Private Limited, the company that is living its mission 'to be the first name people turn to when they have a need associated with real estate ownership or occupancy'. His academics boast of a B Com (Hons), from Delhi University, ACA, ACII (UK), AIISA and AIII. He has over 13 years experience in multi-disciplinary consulting ranging from real estate to social development projects. Specifically in real estate sector, Mr. Puri has expertise in planning and undertaking demand assessment studies, transactional services including marketing strategies based on technical analysis of real estate markets. His experience ranges from program requirement derivation, fund and investor sourcing. He is also the Chairman, Real Estate and Construction Committee (Western zone) CII. Lately his company took a step further in its progress by forming an alliance with Trammell Crow Company, one of the largest diversified commercial real estate services companies in the world based in US, again reinforcing itself as a name that clients, staff and shareholders are proud to be associated with. Its operating companies are leaders in all sectors in which they have chosen to work. It has seven offices in all major cities of India - New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune. The eighth office will open in Chandigarh shortly. It has staff strength of over 500 employees.
