Interactive Meeting with Business Mission from Dominican Republic
February 17, 2006 - New Delhi

FICCI organised an interactive meeting with a high-powered business delegation led by Mr Carlos Morales Troncoso, Secretary of State, Ministry of State of Foreign Affairs, Dominican Republic. The objective of the meeting was to discuss trade and investment opportunities between Dominican Republic and India. The delegates were seeking agents, distributors, licensees and joint venture partners in India in sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Biomedical, Healthcare Tourism, IT & ITES, Entertainment, Infrastructure, Energy, R &D and Tourism. The meeting was chaired by Dr D V Kapur, Director, Reliance Industries and Chairman, FICCI Committee on India - Latin & Central American countries and moderated by Mr Krishan Kalra, Advisor, FICCI.
