Comprehensive Administrative Services

The Council provides a comprehensive package of institutional administrative services for administration of arbitration cases including correspondence with the parties and the arbitrators, collection of documents and pleadings from the parties, preparation of case files for the arbitrators, fixation of hearings in consultation with the arbitrators, the parties and their lawyers, provision of hearing rooms for arbitration meetings, secretarial assistance and general co-ordination for the expeditious and economic conduct of arbitration proceedings, publication and compliance with the arbitration awards by the parties etc.

The job of the parties and the arbitrators becomes very much facilitated and simple, as the institutional back-up available through the use of ICA administrative services promotes orderly and expeditious conduct of arbitration cases.

The Council generally charges a lumpsum administrative fee for administration of the entire case related to the amount in dispute on ad valorem basis.
