Comlawnet - Online Services of ICA

The ICA has renovated its office premises and modernised infrastructural facilities, like computers, simultaneous foreign languages translation facilities, ADR Court room, etc. to make the working of the Council efficient and qualitative. Mr. Rahmi M.Koc, President of the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris while opening the new office of the ICA on 20th January 1996 ianagurated the On-Line Service of Complawnet, which has been developed by BISNET, the Business Information Services Network, set up by FICCI. This service is intended to bridge the information gap about the legal regimes governing international business. COMPLAWNET will also disseminate information on Indian laws and regulations including rules on foreign collaborations, joint ventures abroad, foreign judgement under Section 13 of CPC and rules applicable in international commercial transactions in matters not governed by international conventions.
