The Indian Council of Arbitration
Further Procedure
The Council has not only
a set of established Rules regarding the conduct of arbitration
proceedings but also a permanent secretariat for implementing
the proceedings. On receipt of the application for arbitration
by the Council together with requisite documents and the fees
and expenses, as per the Rules, the Registrar of the Council
takes all further steps and makes arrangements for the conduct
of the arbitration proceedings.
