Recognition of ICA Arbitration Service

The Ministry of Commerce and other economic Ministries in the Government of India as well as several Export Promotion Councils and business organisations have recognised and recommended the use of ICA Arbitration Clause in domestic and international trade contracts, by public sector undertakings and other commercial organisations in India.
