Rules of Arbitration of the Council
It contains the complete rules of procedure
governing the conduct of arbitration proceedings under the auspices
of the Council, together with information about arbitrators' fees
and other charges payable under the Rules.
ICA Arbitration Quarterly (Annual Subscription)
ICA Arbitration Quarterly, Journal of the
Council, Is published four times a year. It contains interalia
important articles, information on Institutional arbitration facilities,
court decisions, and news and notes on matters of Interest In
the field of arbitration, from different parts of the world.
Other Publications
There are several other publications of the
Council, on different aspects of the law and practice of arbitration
and allied matters, a complete list of which appears on the back
cover page of this pamphlet. The publications are obtainable from
the ICA.
Orders for ICA publications
For obtaining any publications of the Council,
Interested persons may either purchase them from the office of
the Council against cash payment or they may send a written request
to the Council with due amount covering the price of the publications
and a sum of Rs. 10/- towards postal charges by registered book
post (forweight below 450 grams) by Bank Draft/MO/Postal Order
etc.
Library
The Council also maintains comprehensive Indian
and foreign literature on arbitration and trade law and dispute
settlement procedures In different parts of the world for consultation
by members of the Council and other interested parties on request,
in the office of the Council.
