India is a
Signatory to the New York Convention. In order to provide arbitration services
under the Rules of Foreign Arbitral Organizations, ICA has entered into International
Mutual Co-operation Agreements with important foreign arbitral institutions in
more than 40 countries.
The Council has established a high
international profile and provides legal and arbitration facilities. ICA has signed
cooperation agreements with 40 major arbitral centres around the world. India
is a Signatory to the New York Convention.
