HR in India, NCR Chapter, in an initiative supported by FICCI organised its first seminar titled 'Learning in Action' series. The series would look at various issues in HR, brainstorm and deliberate upon them. As an excellent knowledge sharing and networking platform for HR professionals, these seminar would touch upon pertinent HR issues and challenges that impacts the workforce productivity across all levels and sectors every month.

The first seminar of this series focused on "Work Life Balance in 24x7 Environment". Mr. Rajesh Magow, CEO, Tecnovate & Bhavna Sharma, Head-HR, North India, PwC were the guest speakers who shared their views on the subject. The seminar threw light on many perceptions and misconceptions on the subject. Comparison of work life imbalance of men and women generated lot of reaction amongst the audience. The seminar was very well attended by HR and non-HR professionals across industry.
