FICCI Quality Forum

Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) is the Apex business organization working since 1927 to strengthen the industrial and commercial base of India. FICCI Quality Forum (FQF) is the specialized division of FICCI, which strives to sharpen the competitive edge of Indian industry through training and consultancy. FQF is operating under the leadership of Lt. Gen. H. Lal (Retd.) an internationally recognized quality expert and former Director General of Bureau of Indian Standards.

FICCI Quality Forum is having a dedicated team of qualified TQM specialists with hands-on experience of quality and environmental management in broad spectrum of organizations in India and abroad.
