FICCI Climate Change Business Delegation to Cologne and London

FICCI is organising a Climate Change Business Delegation to Cologne for Carbon Expo 2008 and to London for the India-UK Climate Change Interface. The FICCI Delegation would first visit the Carbon Expo 2008 in Cologne, Germany - world's largest carbon market fair on May 7-9, 2008. In addition to the delegation's agenda at Carbon Expo, FICCI is also organising an India Seminar jointly with KPMG, Hamburg and Indian Embassy, Berlin on Promoting Investment in Clean Technologies in India. The Seminar would be followed by a B2B meet between FICCI Delegation and European technology providers, investors and financiers.

The Cologne visit would be followed by the India-UK Climate Change Interface in London, UK on May 12-13, 2008 being organised by FICCI and the Climate Change Projects Office (CCPO), Government of UK, to facilitate interaction of Indian project developers/ carbon credit sellers with leading carbon market buyers, investors and financiers based in London. The business roundtable would be followed by B2B meetings and specific company and site visits in London.
